Jalgaon is well connected to the major cities of Maharashtra state as well as to the Metros like Mumbai and Kolkata through Asian Highway no. 46 (formerly National Highway no. 6).
Jalgaon is on the main railway line. Major trains like Karnatak express,Navjeevan express, Bhopal Habibganj - Lokmanya Tilak Express, Jabalpur Garibrath Express etc have a stop at Jalgaon.Bhusawal railway junction,which is approximately 20 minutes away from Jalgaon city,is one of the major railway junctions in Maharashtra. It connects the city with New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bhopal,etc.
An airport is being constructed at Kusumba (approximately 6 kms from the city) which would be in operation by June 2010.
